Mang is a exotic melanau food..in bahasa melanau it's call mang,ot

herwise muang or engoang is a sarawak malay language.Mang is a rare food hard to find which they are amphibians.It is almost the most delicious exotic food because the meet is very suitable for the toothless elder(heheheh),but their shell are harder then crab.Because of the delightful taste,people in Kampung Tekajong willing to search and catch these mang patiently when the mang season came.They only came out once a year in the raining season and only came out when there are thunder,that is the strangness about mang.That's why people willling to wait to catch and eat them because there is no other easy way to ccatch them,due to the depth of many's hole which is above 2 until 3 metre,undergroung and that the inside of mang nest.from the outside it looks like tiny volcano which can reach half mtre..........................................(to be continued)
